Assistance Information

A limited amount of funding is available for conference participants with fiscal hardship, that could not otherwise attend the IRCHLB. Travel assistance funding is not intended to completely offset costs of travel. Rather the funding assistance is intended to augment and/or leverage the limited resources provided by the conference participant and/or their respective institution. A Travel Assistance Committee will evaluate applications on a ‘greatest need’ basis. If selected for an award, will be in the amount of $500-$1000 US. Please understand that funding is limited, and therefore not all applicants will receive awards. Intention of these awards is to attract the greatest number of research Participants.

  • A one paragraph explanation of the financial hardship and need for travel assistance. This paragraph should not exceed 250 words.
